Hey NorCal Group,
I am currently looking for jobs in the Bay Area and since the bay area is relatively big I was wondering what is or has been your average commute?
Currently, I am looking at positions that are within an hour commute but since I’m new to working in this area I don’t know if I should be more flexible.

Hello MMC group!
I am very interested in learning more about how Mindfulness & Meditation are being integrated as a means to improve communities’ health within public health. Are there any articles, organizations or hospitals that have successfully implemented mindfulness practices that you all could suggest I look into?

I wanted to share another great app– Tide https://tide.fm/en_US/. Tide is an app focusing on sleep, meditation, relax and focus. It has mini breathing sessions, but what I like the most is that they have a ton of free white noise tunes to listen to as you meditate or study.
