The Referral Coordinator provides facilitates all outgoing referrals including imaging and specialist referrals. Provides patient with all necessary information regarding their referral. Communicates with providers regarding any referral or authorization that has been denied or a patient has declined. Provides proper documentation and follow up of all referral and consultations.

Minimum 2 years experience in authorizations or referrals. EPIC experience and bilingual preferred.
