    Just wanted to share with you all something I do to be more mindful – keeping a gratitude journal. It’s a good way to help you be more present and aware of the good moments in your everyday/work life. It’s something simple that’s really helped me and I’m hoping it could help you guys out too!

      Hey Leilani, I agree a gratitude journal is great. I’m not as disciplined in writing in mine as I want to be, so both these articles you posted are super helpful. I especially loved the suggestion of various methods of implementing gratitude into your day in the “In Praise of Gratitude” article. The mental shift to gratefulness and happiness from simply making a choice a few times a day to think of something you’re grateful is so interesting, and it’s great to know that even if I am unable to write down my thoughts I can still benefit from making the mental shift to gratefulness.
