HCC connects talented, racially, ethnically and socioeconomically diverse health leaders and professionals to organizations in all health sectors through internship, training, and mentorship opportunities. Our goals at HCC are threefold:

Partner Success: HCC works closely with organizations across different sectors to understand their hiring needs and aspirations for a diverse and inclusive workforce. Moreover, HCC collaborates with not only employers but also with college and university systems to ensure that participants gain both practical skills and stackable credentials for a career lifetime.
Community Success: Typical HCC alumni are committed to equitable healthcare outcomes, channeling their talents to tackle priority projects and unique healthcare challenges of the communities they serve. HCC alumni are staunch proponents of protecting access, funding, and other key resources to efficiently and effectively provide the health services that they do within their areas of work.
